Shul Social Activities

Purim, March 13, 2025, was a noisy and colorful affair as members and their children showed up for the Megillah reading, rendered expertly by Jeff Beris, Hillary Beyer and Ira Salwen. Rabbi Boaz Thomsky, Principal of the Hebrew school, cut a dashing figure in a 60"s floral outfit with hair and bandanna to match, as he and the children told the story of Queen Esther and how she saved the Jews of Sushan. An ice cream bar before the Megillah reading set the festive tone, and celebrants were treated to a variety of hamantashen on their way out the door.
